Music

Immanuel possesses a rich musical heritage. We nurture this as we worship. We sing with the 2010 Celebrating Grace hymnal accompanied by pipe organ, piano, bells, and instruments. We offer worship education through music for children, while adults and youth may use their musical gifts to lead in worship in various ways.

ImmanuelKidz
Using the Growing in Grace curriculum, (GiG) our ImmanuelKidz program is for children ages 3 through grade 5. Children sing, play and move as they learn meaningful songs through engaging activities.

ImmanuelKidz meets each Wednesday at 5:30 PM.

Preschoolers meet in the preschool area of our education wing.

Younger children, grades K - 2, begin with gym activities, followed by hand chimes, and GiG

Older children, grades 3-5, begin in the gym, followed by handbells and GiG.

Youth
Youth grades 6 through 12 enjoy singing a variety of Christian music from traditional hymns to contemporary worship music.

Many Colors (an ensemble of girls) gathers on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 p.m.

Sanctuary Choir
Our choir of adults and youth lead in worship each Sunday, offering various styles of choral music from classical to contemporary. The choir also prepares music for Holy Week, Advent and other special occasions.
